He received his M.Sc., degree from The American College, Madurai,
India and his Ph.D., from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India, in the field of Low Dimensional Semiconductor Systems.
To his credit, he has published more than 30 international papers
and his current reaserch interest is on Spintronics, Carbon Nano Tubes and Low Dimensional Semiconductor Systems.
He has been recognized as supervisor for Ph.D., registrants by the
